Right headlight on '06 Dakota was not working, but I found I could jiggle the fuse block and get intermittent flickers. Traced problem to a single wire connecting a connector at the back of the fuse block (closest to windshield) that was loose in the connector. Twisted and pushed just right to firm it up. Works fine now. I'm guessing a shop would not have invested 3 hours troubleshooting the problem and would have just replaced parts till it worked again.
