Yupp, took all the wheels off, cleaned them with some soap and water, dried them, took the center caps out, then put flash cards around the rim (look below for example) so I wouldn't spray the tire, then put 3 coats on with a 30 min wait time between each coat then flipped them around and did the inner walls of the rims the same way and finally let them sit for 4 hours
