Fuel pump service manual pages

Guys, I'm kind of in a bind. I cant find my service manual.
I am pretty sure my fuel pump is gone. It cranks and cranks, and if I supply starter fluid it will fire up. I am not getting pressure at the injectors unless I floor the truck. and when I do, its not even enough to fire the truck up.
I know the pump is in-tank, but I am wondering if this is worth me doing in the cold, or if I should just tow it to a shop and eat that bill.
I dont think the lines are frozen, and if they were, I wouldnt think I would get any pressure at the motor... Unless anyone else has any ideas, I am thinking pump.

How would reading a wideband on a dead truck help? I think I know what my AFR is. 0. it wont start or run... I used a gauge at the fuel rail to verify that it wasn't getting fuel.
It has pretty much a full tank of gas. I dont let it go below 1/2 if I can help it, and I fueled up 2 days ago. Without driving it much.
I doubt its fronzen lines. ethenol is added to gasoline, and it was only -7* the other night.

I got your help, hope this isn't too late to be useful. I know the manual can jump around at times so I just grabbed the whole fuel delivery section:

well, I wasnt able to get it running tonight... I didnt try real hard either. I checked the relay and fuses, but its cold, and I dont really feel like working on my back in the snow. I will pick up a tarp tomorrow after work and get under the truck.
How rough is the tank removal? has anyone else had to do this yet? I am going to have to siphon the gas out. I think I have a handy-dandy 12 volt pump for that...
