Exclamation Oil Catch Can!!! NO JOKE, I am in shock.

OK, I put a catch can on mid October. I thought these things were useless, but for under $20.00, this doubting Tom wanted to try it.

I decided to take a peek at it today. I could not believe my eyes, so I pulled it out. The pictures below are real. I am still in disbelief. What is going on here? I have no words.

P.S. I was down 1/4 quart of oil, gee, I wonder why?
I am thinking that STUPID PCV valve is to blame...

Someone talk me out of buying a 2006+ driver's side valve cover and oil fill neck.

Please comment.

If you don'y buy a catch can now, you are nuts.

I drive 30 - 40 min each day, and let the truck warm up before moving it. I wonder why my MAP was gunked up? I wonder what it looks like now?

Seriously, WHAT IS THE DEAL?

So do you think the truck runs better, or not really a difference?

I have a catch can in the closet .... Ive just been too lazy to mount it. Thanks for the pics. Now where to put that think in my engine bay .....

And I acually have the same catch can as you. Did you put RTV around the valves on top? I know I had to on mine because they leaked bad.
