Default Y Pipe(need one and opinions)

Pretty new here but not to Daks. Im in the market for a stock y-pipe from an 05-07 4.7l to use to fab up a costum one. Willing to pay. Also emissions arent a big deal to me, I was thinking making them out of 2.25" pipe, deleting the pre-cats but retaining the o2 sensors. My question...should I run catless and just run the downstream o2 simulators or run the 2.25" pipe (w/ o2 sensors) from the stock headers into a magnaflow y-pipe, magnaflow hiflow cat, both downstream o2 sensors then 2.5" exhaust pipe?

So its either:

Headers-2.25" pipe-upstream o2 sensor-2.25" pipe-o2 simulator- ypipe-2.5" exhaust....

-or-

Headers-2.25" pipe-upstream o2-ypipe-hiflow cat- downstream o2 -2.5" exhaust

The truck has 08 intake manifold, 70mm tb, 24# injectors, k&n intake, efan, and a bunch of other crap getting ready to instal my remote mount turbo kit.....

Welcome to DF and the G3 Dakota section. I'm glad to see you accepted my invite from Dak-Dur. There have been a couple of Ram's with 4.7L do the rear mount turbo but you would be the first G3 Dakota I've seen post in open forums. I can't wait to see how it turns out.

Before going true duals I have a magnaflow "Y" pipe that worked great. I really like this one, don't know if you've seen it? It even has high flow cats.
