I haven't looked into it. I bought their 545-RFE performance build kit.

Got a lot done today, camera batteries went dead so i will take a few more pics tomorrow and post them up.

That and the drop are on the back burner for now. I will get to it but I couldn't pass up on this transmission.

Well, I'm not out of the woods yet brother. I still have to hook it up and see how it does. If it works like it's supposed to I will have saved a lot of money. If not I will be buying the Sharadon, lol. I didn't say anything because this was kind of an experiment as I and Mike have never torn down a 545-RFE and build one up. If it all goes according to plan, I will throw up a thread relate to the tranny build.

I went with the #45-PP1 Power Pack (minus shift kit and sonnax for $400) and Sharadon Stage 3 tranny valve body. That is pretty much it. I will be installing it with my Edge3000 stall.

Thanks Bill. I lost all my pics from yesterday but today we got the LSD installed. Tomorrow we will finish up mounting the tranny and I should be driving again tomorrow afternoon.

The LSD has spider gears where an open differential doesn't.

Open differential vs LSD.
