Default Where to get yellow fogs?

I am looking to get yellow fogs for my truck? I want the same size watts as factory. I have seen people put to high of a bulb and melt the wires. Does anyone know the factory watts?

if you just wanting yellow bulbs, look on ebay for them, stocks are 9145. I've been running 9005's for a couple months now with no problems, but I have aftermarket housings (dont know if that makes a difference or not, but others have had their factory housings melt using 9005's, I replaced both of my factory housings because the lenses were cracked). If you want a yellow lens, you dont have many options but putting a yellow tint over the clear lens like ueland did. I had some 100 watt 9145 yellow foglight bulbs, but they burned out in a couple weeks, guess the wattage was too much, or they were cheap bulbs.

I can tell ya how to get em, but its really gonna cost ya...

With shipping its usually around 20 bucks for a 24"x24" piece. Just cut and do it yourself... plus with that much you can screw up a few times and still have extra/spare

I actually picked mine up on ebay. Can't remeber exactly what I paid for it, but was pretty close to what they sell it on their website for.

Factory are 45 watt I think. Here's some. There are probably cheaper ones.

I like those ueland..so its just a sticky film you put over it? I think even advance auto sells this. How do you lop out the fog lamp lenses?

Not sure what you mean... For install I removed the fog lights from the truck, measured the size, then cut out a pice a little bigger then I needed so it could go around the sides a bit.

Start at the center and Install slowly. the film can stretch a bit just like window tint, and a heatgun is your friend. The stuff is self adhesive, but it works better if you float it with water like standard graphic/tint. once its on the front, cut any releif cuts in the sides to get a little wrap around on the edges.

That was it... they're not perfect, but neither are my original lenses. they pass the close up inspection test, and function great.. nice heavy yellow output...
