Got it reset today, mine had the update already. Was told it will take a few days to learn how I drive but Monday or Tuesday will be a good judge. Overall it seems to be much smoother though felt it kinda rough on the way home once.

Time will tell.

got some issue like that with mine, 1-2 shifting to quickly ...

So lets say I have the dealer reprogram it.... do you think there would be a big charge for it even if i tell them i have the issues?

I think if you tell them you' like it reset so you can reprogram it won't cost anything or will be really cheap. It took 2 min to do.
