Rengnath, If I ever do a Hemi swap, that is exactly how I"m going to do it. I talked to Dusty05 in great length during his swap and know that is how I would do it, lol.

This is the way I would go.

If I ever do decide to so a motor swap, it will be a diesel. I am a country boy and have grown up around diesels. Don't get me wrong, I love HP, but torque is where I lose it lol....

I have been on the forum for 4 years, and there isn't a high frequency of issues that aren't user or maintenance related...

Id say low 13s or high 12s is pretty solid for a quad cab 4300 pound truck.
Well said Eric.

same here im really thinking about doing the hemi swap this summer. i should have the money, thing is.. im really debating if i should do it. plus i would need sum info. as far i know is gotta move the engine mounts forward. i have the 545rfe tranny so i know thats good. aint looking to do to much other then add my k/n to it and the Superchips tune. should be plenty of power right there. should run 14s?? idk just be nice to say i ahve abit more power. and next time i race that titian i will really crush his ***. i did leave him but he caught up but he was 7 feet ebhind my bumper in the other lane and couldnt go any faster my spedo said 120...but that was for a while i know i was pass 120 hhehe. it was a a newer titan. he thought he was bad ahhaha not anymore!

I was really impressed with the stock Titans power. 250 RWHP. Power to weight ratio trumps the stock dak by a fair margin.
