Where can I buy a FAD actuator

Where can I purchase the front axle disconnect actuator for my 2006 ram 1500? I have searched Ebay and googl to no avail. The delar wants $173.95 and I am hoping to get it cheaper than that. the part number is 52114387ae.

thanks for lookig but that is for a second gen truck 94-01.
