Those cut outs are where the tow hooks go if your vehicle is equipped with them (mine has the hooks, not that i plan on using the). LED's would look good there. My 2011 Fiesta ses hb has led parking lights they look bad *** at night they are in the chrome part on the side front bumper. They may be about the same size and fit the area where the tow hooks go.... they are bright *****.

It really wasnt' too bad. I also used this procedure to repair Travis's radiator overflow bottle. I learned how to do this form this video.
