Talking motor swap pics

here ya go guys! so far so smooth. the guys working on it are really nice makes me feel comfortable with them doing it.

keep us posted, should have degreased the engine compartment, and then painted it.

why intake manifold and tb is off?

That is where the 4.7l mounting plate bolts up to pull/install the motor. Watch 7:17 and you will see what I'm talking about.

thanks guys! i just hope that its a true HO. the only thing that worries me is that they just slapped on ho heads.

Winston, even if they did that, the heads are where the power is. It would be nice having the forged crank, free floating wrist pins and domed shaped pistons though. If you aren't sure, run a bore scope in a spark plug hole and check out the pistons.

Other than blowing a head gasket and I still haven't broken mine yet, lol. You don't have to remove the intake manifold or use the special tool.

Eric the car guy uses a seatbelt and swaps a motor in 6 hours by himself while filiming, lol.
