Default DiscBrake noise.

Need some help With this.
Less than 45,00 miles on my '05 dakota. when I apply my brakes I hear noise from the front discs. Squeaking, grinding, not cotinual I guess it would be intermittent.Goes away after using the brakes for a while . Brakes function well,no problems stopping, pedal good. Replaced pads 2 times,Same problem after a couple of weeks. Discs have been surfaced, got quiet then came back.
I think it is my discs they are original. What do you guys suggest / replace ? can i get better quality discs at O'rielly or where?

I use carbon metallic disc and you can buy those at O'reilly's.

A lot of guys on here use the drilled/slotted rotors.

dude u can get a sweet deal on cross drilled and slotted rotors at brakeperformance.com but it sounds like warped rotors... which is weird cause u had them resurfaced.

I would check to see if your rotors are making contact with the backing plate or something. Jack one side up at a time and spin the wheel...

No noise when tire wheel is raised . Spun by hand. suspected wheel bearingbut it only makes noise when brake pedal is applied. I suspect is is the rotor,I have heard OEM is sometimes pretty cheap quality.
