O-M-G!

Thank you SO much! you dont understand how great of news it is for all of us to know that the socket is studded and threaded and not the ram. (female and male orientation)

this means that heim steering upgrades will be cheap and easy for everyone!
Thanks again man. a discount is coming your way if you ever want to buy anything we pump out.

and your positive on those thread pitches? 24x1.5? thats going to determine the clevis we use for the heims adapter

thank you again. youve just saved projekt dirt alot of time....and as you know, time is money lol

Hmmm good question. I know the side I took off was regular clockwise, I see no reason why the other side would be different, but I cannot be certain.

The reason I say this is because if you order new inner tie rods both sides are the same part #. they come pre-pressed into the housing and you just need to screw them on.

correct. usually with rack and pinion they dont use opposite thread like a single swing setup does. yes dakkkota youll get discounts too. everyone that helped out gets one. (once we figure out pricing) and everyone that hated (cough...no names..cough) gets marked up!! lol

eimer you even confirmed at a hardware store!!!! SWEET! you are god in my book. ill have some pics up of what the steering upgrade will look like...

thanks again guys for the support and teamwork. the dodges will no longer have suspension aftermarket support problems lol.

cool beans! the tie rod measurements attribute to both 2 and 4wd but your help with the cv will definitely allow 4wd guys to use projekt dirt equipment

oh yea one more question i forgot to ask....with the male threads being 5/8 long...how deep is the ram threads? say if i were to use a 1" long 24mm stud. would it go all the way into the ram?

Thanks again
