Default Proper Torque for Rear Sway Bar Links

I was just going over our service manual before I replaced my rear sway bar links and bushings. I found that in the directions for the links it says to tighten the nuts and bolts to 75 ft. lbs. In the directions for the bushings when it tells you to replace the nuts and bolts to the link it calls for 40 ft. lbs. Should it be 40 or 75?

Directions for the links themselves:

INSTALLATION
1. Install the upper bolt (2) into the stabilizer link then
raise the link (7) into position with the frame and
install the nut (1) for the stabilizer link (7) to the
frame and tighten to 102 N·m (75 ft. lbs.).
2. Install the stabilizer link (3) to the stabilizer bar (6).
3. Install the nut (4) and tighten to 102 N·m (75 ft.
lbs.).
4. Remove the jack and lower the vehicle.

Directions for the sway bar/bushings:

INSTALLATION
1. Install the stabilizer bushings (4).
2. Install the stabilizer bar (1) and center it with equal
spacing on both sides. Install stabilizer bar retainers
(2) and tighten bolts (3) to 54 N·m (40 ft. lbs.).
3. Install link (3) into the stabilizer bar (6). Install
mounting nuts and bolts. Tighten stabilizer link nuts
to 54 N·m (40 ft. lbs.).
4. Remove support and lower vehicle.

I would say 40-50 is plenty tight. 75 seams overkill

i'll set it for 40lbs then, just kind of weird how its posted twice in the service manual with two completely different measurements.
