My truck has a ton of sag. I have 1.5" blocks on it and with a small (160cc) atv and some camping gear my nose is pointed to the sky!
Odd thing is when I have a 4k lb trailer hooked up it looks completely level. Not sure what's up with that. I guess there's not much weight on the tongue of my trailer.

Go with the Monroe load levelers (SensaTracs)
my truck had the same problem, with very little weight in the back, the thing would drop down a good couple of inches.
now that I have on the Monroe shocks, the truck barely goes down in the back with the same load. And to note, the Rancho shocks I removed from the rear after only 30k or so were completely shot. we just need heavier shocks in these trucks
Plus the fact that the Monroe "coil-overs" look good too
