Mileage, who cares about mileage? If I cared I'd still be driving my Patriot. My AWD Dakota w/ dual Cai and catback gets 13 mpg's per tank regular. It gets about 14.5 per tank if I used premium, so now that's what I use. The $.20 difference per gallon is well worth it.

I get 14.5 to 15 in town and 19.5 to 20.2 on the hiway. My Stats are in my sig below. I do have to say this truck gets better gas mileage than my 2001 3.9 did.

i want to know what you guys do to coax 20+ mpg out of your trucks...thats above the factory spec of 14-19 for the V8...whats your secret? I have bent over backwards and never got over 17.

I only get the 19 or 20 if I drive nice and steady at about 70. I sure as hell don't keep that up for long, I have a pretty heavy foot and can get away with an awful lot. I can't say I worry about mileage either, I'm usually burning gas and making some noise!

They probably have 2 cylinders less than us jkeaton.

I'm getting about 18.5 with 95% highway/5% city with the superchips 87 tune.

The fuel matters as well. Are these guys getting 20mpg+ using ethanol free vs the 10% you may be using?
