4.7 Teardown
New HO motor is in and running great, old 4.7 is in my bed and I just got the heads off it. May sell for parts, or I may mess with the heads and cams for fun.
In the words of Blown, it wouldn't have been a Dodge day without blood sweat and tears...

Nastiness... you should all clean this stuff on a lazy weekend!

Is it just me or are these pistons firing in a weird order?

Better get coating those parts in oil, they will start to rust in no time.

Travis I'm proud of you brother. Good work on the tear down. I can't wait to hear what the new H.O. will sound like with 212X cams!

Rocker/cam area looks real clean, were you running synthetic oil? What was your oil change interval? Post a pic of the pan when you drop it.
