They are the factory type ones off ebay, the kit that comes with a wiring harness and that. They bolt up factory.
I believe they are H10 Bulbs (I bought the Yellow ones for them)

so far from what we have been able to figure out, only aftermarket housings can stand up to the heat. oem ones crack. btw yellow bulbs is gonna be sick. think im gonna copy you.

I ran 100 watt in my fogs for about 3 months (housings bought from rock auto) started to see some burned/melted areas just above the bulb. I went back to 55 watt because I knew it would only be a matter of time before I melted something ans ruined the housing...I have 2500k, 5000k, 6000k and 8500k bulbs....I switch them out every now and then just for something different....

I made sure they wernt 100watt, same with my Headlights, they are the normal watts so hopefully no issues.

yellow fogs are the best, mine are the piaa 510's
