Default Installed Fogs on a 05 ST (Lots of Pics)

I got the Fogs I ordered installed, But only 1 problem ATM (No Switch ATM , So non-functional for now) is the bumper cover, Buy one WITH fog holes.
Or it wont look the best (like mine) Im thinking of finding a Black one with Fogs at a yard to make it look good, and black to :P

You should be able to find a black cover in a junkyard, hopefully in decent shape. Nice work, now get those fog lights operational.

That what I was thinking, I was like if this doesnt turn out well, Ill just get a junk yard one. And maybe find a black one, so I dont have to paint it either haha.

Im not having the easiest time find the factory switch, I finally found one on ebay for like $50+$20 shipping
Going to stop by the stealership and see their price.

You got the HomeLink system in that Dakota? If so, I doubt your using more than one of the three buttons (everybody programs one of the buttons for garage door openers). If so, invest you in a $14 wireless relay and just program the unused HomeLink buttons to turn the lights on and off.
Thats what I did in my Grand Cherokee, piece of cake, plus with the wireless relay you get two key fobs, so you can turn the lights on/off from outside the vehicle if you're outside and want some light to see what you are doing...

Its a ST, so no homelink.
I want the "Factory" look of it. Or I would have wired them with the Harness that came with them and used the switch it has.

just measure the hole size .. get yourself the correct inner diameter PVC pipe... trim for bumper angle and length then epoxy it to the bumper so you cant see side to side of the fog light ... get the black pipe and no painting needed.....

BTW - Nice Mod

i did the exact same thing months ago. you can use a relay and trigger them with the parking lights. also if ur running aftermarket housing dont forget that you can run chevy high beam bulbs in you fog lights and get more light.
