You might wanna also add 2003-2004 dakota's to your search list for junkyards...I know they have the same automatic center consoles as me...it could be the same way for manuals

I recall looking into that but I don't remember what happened. I'll check again when I get around to this. Thanks for the tip.

It does exist! Here is a 2003 Dakota center console for the manual trans. It's worth picking up the set and ditching the seats.

Just picked up a 3rd gen console for $20 from a guy out here that went with the 20 seat. Gonna install tomorrow. I had the same air bag light issue when I pulled the radio and installed a Bluetooth pioneer. Hot the key switch (passenger air bag on/off) a few times, and drive it. After 3 miles it turned itself off

They are usually available on Ebay, most of the parts to the console are. Good find though.
