several things, please assist
My trans was doing that after a dealer service. Idiots filled the fluid up to the full mark while idling in park. The stick clearly says "check while idling in neutral". After adding fluid, that kick was gone.
Washer nozzle: maybe clog but you say you have some water, I wonder if it's pressure? I don't know what part gives the pressure but I'd have a good look at it.
If you think clog, maybe a bunch of rubbing alcohol in your fluid & then of course button pressing. We use rubbing alcohol in crazy cold all the time so I know it's safe for the lines. Don't burn out you motor though.
CLR could work. Do be cautious of fumes if you go that route, not sure how that'd mix with whatever you already have in your lines.
