Default Best way to drop $400 ?

I am looking for more power. I am considering the 57 series K&N FIPK, and an opened up TB. Truck is 2006 4.7 4x4 3.55 gears

The only performance mod I have so far is a Superchips 3865 programmer. My 3 questions are,

1: Would you suggest different mods to get the best bang for the buck?

2: What is the difference between a Fastman TB and Hipotek besides who bores the thing out? I read most if not all the TB posts in the forum and it seems most were happy with their purchase either way except one dude that had idle issues with a Fastman. The Hipotek is $40 cheaper so I'm leaning that way, but is the Fastman just that much better?

3: Best price I can find for the K&N 57-1546 is 203.64 + 1.00 shipping. Does anyone know if there is a better price out there?

they both will help but i dont think its going to give you the power you are thinking it will give you. both are still good choices though. i have a 69mm fastman tb and it makes it a little snappier off the line, the cai will give it a more throaty sound and will give it a nice whistle when you hit a certain cruising speed.

HO cams cost under 400$ and if you can do the install yourself then do that, if not a shop will charge you around 1000.

I thought about doing the cams. I attempted to locate them online but could not find them in stock. Is this a dealership item or what?

Airraid for the cams. I would go for the hipotek and a cheaper air intake off ebay (or you can have mine for free) then you can decide if it is worth the money fir a K&N.

Unless I'm missing something Airaid does not sell cams. I'll guess you meant airram, but even they have been out of stock on the HO cams for a few weeks now.

I may have found them on dodgepartsmopar.com Is 317.32 shipped a decent price?
