You must be new. here is how it works. if theres something aftermarket you want for truck..... give up..... there isnt squat... actually there is less than squat. whether its a lift or lowering kit, interior stuff. there isnt anything, and what there is is very overpriced. that being said. i have seen universal bars off marty mcfly style toyotas (1980's) mounted onto our trucks. so they are out there but not easy to come by.

Welcome to DF. If you have a look around, alot of the guys have modified aftermarket parts or even used parts that are from other vehicles that look awesome and fulfill there needs. There are a couple members with roll bars. Let me see if I can find the old threads so you can get some ideas. I know the Photo Thread Stickied in this section has some of those trucks. Good luck and enjoy being different

I love the looks of a true roll bar with at least four lights on top. They are all over the place for the Ram, but I can't live without my toolbox and I think the ones that sit on top of the roof are cheazy lookin'.
I've thought a couple of times about getting a smaller, inside the bed box that would fit inside the tubes of a roll bar, but then it'd be a PIA to get to stuff. Oh well...

Thank you 'gator... Wanna be an admin? I have a feeling a spot will be opening up soon.... Like about 10 mins after I get ahold of young 'bolt!
He might be like 15 years or so younger than me, and I've had back surgery, have a hernia, have had surgery on both knees, broken about every finger and at 6'3" 240 lbs. don't move like I used to, but ON MY WORST DAY, I could kick his young a$$... LMAO!!!

No interest in being an admin! I'm into my second half century, 6'-3", 223lbs today!, bad joints all around, no major broken bones but I was in a fight with an NHL player (we were in grade 8 at the time), but I try to work smart rather than strong - save that for when it is necessary.
With work, repairs and accounting at my wife's vet clinic, Scouts, etc, etc, I don't have the extra time. Barely time to read the posts!
