Default rear abs speed sensor

i had a check engine light on the other day and went to a shop to get it read real quick and i forgot the exact code it threw but it was a U1### code. i remember the message, had something to do with the rear abs speed sensor or something like that.

when i searched it up on google i read some jeep guys who got the code reported having some voltage problems that would cause their cars/trucks to throw wierd codes when nothing was actually wrong.

the guy at the shop cleared the code and it hasnt came back, but it got me wondering..could it be possible i have voltage issues that is causing codes to be thrown? i had a check engine light about 2 months ago in the middle of the night when i was driving back from work and i was going to take it to get looked at in the morning but it was gone in the morning...(wtf?)..

ANYWAYS so i have been pondering this for the past few days now, and if i do have a voltage problem wouldnt the first culprit to look at be the alternator? if thats the case, is there any type of high performance alternator i could put on my truck that would been more steady voltages through my truck?

this issue also raises another concern in my head. i have been having intermittent issues with my door speakers and i was thinking if there is voltage issues that could be 1 reason why my speakers have been giving low volume/fuzziness

sorry i know its a lot of info and i jump around alot to diff issues but i have been having issues with my truck and i just want to zero in on the problem and get it fixed.

Do you know if you have 4 wheel ABS or Rwal ABS system? And was the code U1414 or U1415?

If you have just Rwal, which is rear ABS only. The sensor is located on the rear diff assy. It would help if you had the codes.
