Turbo, Supercharger, racing question
I had posted this as a sub to someone elses thread and didnt get a good answer, so I will post it here seperate.
I have noticed a few people on the forum have done turbo or supercharger, but never talk about bracket racing. My question is, why spend all that money on HP if your not going to race it for money?

Bracket racing usually doesnt pay out great. By the time you figure in the cost of fuel for the day, food and entry fee's... you usually dont come out too far ahead. And thats only if you win.
If your going to bracket race, its best to just get to know your setup and dial in. you dont need big HP to win brackets. just be SUPER consistent.
I mod my rides because 1, I enjoy wrenching and 2, I have fun driving what I built. Just because you have a fun/fast car, doesnt mean you have to take it to a track.
