goodbye leveling kit. hello body work.
Now that is really not that bad! I would definitely not replace any panels over that.
Here is was my truck when I was crashed into:

I had it pulled out, no bondo used other than to smooth out the surfdace at the end

im really lucky here. my autobody guy, is someone who we have gone to for many years. he really appriciates the business that we give him and gives us increadable rates. my price is 700 cash to get fixed. so its not worth my paying the deductable and taking a hit. it would end up costing me more. and as a 20 year old male, with a pickup, i dont need my insurance to go up even more. 320 a month is high enough. men get a ***** tax.
No difference in rates for my son or daughter. They both get the same inexperienced driver surcharge until they can go 3 years without any accidents/tickets. It adds about $300 a month for each one to my insurance bill.
So sad and so true. BUT, I fully agree with them. We *****' may drive better, and get in less accidents. But by god, go big or go home. Vages get in fender benders and bumper thumpers, parking lot accidents, hit every curb and pole they can see/not see... but stop light races, state wide car chases, 150 mph roll overs, aggressive motorcyclists, most drunk driving, and stoned driving... those are ***** things.
get up under it and bang it out, doesnt look like theres many creases
wear it like a badge of honor
clean up around the gash and drill some holes and lace it with leather shoelace
hit the exposed metal with some primer and spray touch up paint
dings in a truck are like scars on a soldier

Nice
Man, I must be getting old. My full coverage, with a 250 deductible is only 110 a month... If it were me, I would just take it to a shop and have a new bedside put on and painted.
I am guessing that getting that straight is going to be a PITA... the bedside isnt very thick and the body line looks like it also will need work.
Good luck man. its things like that, that make insurance worth it.

body work has gotten so frickin expensive, the small mishap with the mailbox my daughter had cost $1200. The only parts was the mirror (50), the antenna (12) and the headlight covers I had on (80), the rest was paint and labor. No body panels replaced.

That sux... I had my driver's side of the box replaces... I think the end bill was 5k
