2010 w/ 2'' front lift kit?
Hi:
I own a 2010 crew cab dakota, is time to change the tires and I was thinking in upgrade them a little taller, right now is using 265/65/17, pepboys and many others offers 265/70/17. this size really fit without any rub?
Now how it will look with a 2'' front lift kit and put some 32x10.5/17?
Does anyone have pictures of it and can tell me if they affect in some way the ride or some suspension parts?
Definitely if I don't buy the lift kit I'm going to buy the 265/70 in A/T version.
Does anyone can help me on that?
Thanks anticipated,
Victor G.

A 265/70/17 tire would require a leveling kit installed. And you would probably still have to trim some of the front wheel splash guard and wheel well liner.
265/70/17 is about a 31.5 inch tire, I'm running 2 set of tires with a 1.5" leveling kit, 285/50/20 and 265/70/17, and both sizes required trimming.
The leveling kit probably wears the front end out faster than without, but plenty of us do not have problems at all.
The front end suspension of the Dakota isn't the best to begin with.

Hi:
Thanks for the advice, did you know where I can find a 1.5'' front leveling kit? 2'' is the only one I have found on internet..
A 1.5'' will be the perfect one for me..
Thanks
Victor G.
It's the Trailmaster leveling kit, #DL223.

This is all that I had to trim, this was to fit my 285/50/20 tires. The 265/70/17 fit easily afterwards without any other trimming needed.
The green is the area of the front splash guard that I had to trim.
The yellow area is what I needed to trim from the front wheel well liner. You might not even have to touch the wheel well liner, my 285's were wider and required the trimming for full turns.
