Sanded the h3ll out of it. used self etching primer, good paint and clear coat. Same with the headlights. Used a set of covers I had on before as a template and just added the eyebrows for that "mad" look.

With a black truck, yeah they look okay. Didn't like it on my blue.

Great price on the tuner, don't forget the $25 rebate on it.

Yea I was bummed a bit when I saw the awp coupons expired but this place was good too but w/o free shipping. But with the rebate, it doesn't matter

So I got the struts, torque wrench (its huge by the way) and spring compressors. Superchips should be here Thursday, drop shackles Wednesday, tires Thursday or Friday, and I had to cancel the wheels because that etailer is f'n garbage.

I'll be cutting my front springs for the two inches. As for the rear, BAdassR/T was kind enough to ship me his 2 inch Canuck brackets. Thanks man.
You'll love those. I'm running the same shocks & shackles in the rear with the Ranchos in the front, huge improvement.

Not sure if you can still switch what tires you're getting but I really recommend keeping the stock rims with all seasons/snow tires on them and swapping out for the winter. That way you can run summer performance tires on the nice wheels, all-season is a compromise on everything. So long as you have a spot to store the currently unused set it's more than worth it IMO (plus you don't have to worry about road salt eating your nice wheels).

I can't switch tires now, but they are more on the performance side of things. I think they fit into the category slightly above Nittos as far as seasonability (not a word) is concerned. Funny thing is, Nittos are called all season too everywhere I've looked. We do get our fair share of rainy spring/summer/fall out here too, it's so unpredictable. I can't trust mother nature to give me a dry enough summer to use straight up performance tires. We get downpours sometimes and I'd hate to hydroplane into a curb or worse.

*We also have winters that carry into June half the time too.

I am concerned about the salt though, my idea was to clean them very often but that wears them out too. So I will probably keep the stock stuff.

Got this to make my exhaust look less like a hackjob. I hand hacked the rear resonator while it was off the truck, this one is more difficult. I don't have a sawzall, and this is cleaner and cheaper than buyin one! (i will get one some day though..)
