Sand Paddles+ 5.5'' lift dakota + snow???
LOL Its special that a guy from ontario makes funny joke to us (québecois)!!! People from USA may not understand but usually people from ontario and québecois dont seem to like each other. I was a inside sales representative and use to call my distributor sometimes in the USA and sometimes in Ontario and due to my english accent people in the USA were really nice to me asking for the weather here,Asking if i live in a igloo or if i own a horse and slowing down so i understand them. When i have to call to Ontario it was a total nightmare people they usually dont like us and show it well! They talk as fast as possible when they know its not your first language and really got mad when i ask them to repeat and they are ruff. I hope one day we will share the Canada in harmony! And Texas people your accent is awsome to us!!!
So if you are having issues with ontario people it is most likely because they are used to the trash that lives in gatineau and aylmer and that is what unfortunately gives you frogs a bad rep.
I am also french and hide that because of the ribbing i would get out here. I dont mind admitting it here because there is almost no other members from ottawa.
I know when I was a kid (ha , like 6 years ago) I worked at a local theme park, and whenever we got busses from French Canada, it was the worst thing you could hear. I worked a restaurant position near the main gate, and man, you wanna talk about rude! I got spat at, name called (alot) and humiliated to the point of wanting to quit. I mean, the french Canadians were down right nasty. So my, and many other people's stereotype of French Canadians here in the buffalo area is not good to say the least. But I know you got ur asshats and your nice ones, and you guys aren't asshats so I guess you beat the stereotype! My girlfriend was attacked by a French Canadian at target once for not giving them back Canadian money. He found out what being in a American jail was like. Asshat. But other then that I think your accent funny, my girlfriends dads cousin I believe is a French Canadian, so Christmas is a blast :-P
I lived in Montreal for a bit and I loved it, as little french as I knew at the time was enough to get me by. I loved all the little pastry shops and resturants they had there.. oh and the bars or "brasserie"
It's a big city like any other though, so they have their fair share of ignorant jackasses and I got into a couple bar fights with locals at bars lol, one time was just because I was an American and these guys wanted to give me **** for drinking Molson instead of labatt or the house brew. It's a nice city though, the atmosphere is enough to put it above every other city in North America as far as I'm concerned. Most the guys I met hated me for being American though, or maybe it was because their girlfriends loved my accent, they never hesitated to tell me. .... sooo much eye-candy over there.
I went back last spring but this time I drove a rental and it was my first time driving in Montreal.. what an experience. There are lines on the road, but it doesn't matter. You just have to not hit the guy next to you as the rule of thumb... and no right on red which was hard to get used to, I kept thinking the guy behind me was going to honk.

Hey Dakkkota!
I know the translation is horrible! I just used Google translate and dropped it right in.
I love Quebec and the people that live there! We head to Montreal for "Paris Weekends". A little taste of our favourite city just two hours away!
The big reason we in Ottawa don't like the people from across the river is that they are all government workers! Happily take my taxes as pay and pension, but want to separate. I too wish that we'd all just grow up and get along!
I thought all of the '06s were awd/4wd lock/4wd low. This should be fun! Still video it and let us be part of the fun!
