Best bet is cut it slightly smaller than it needs to be with the dremel (only slightly) then finish the last bit with a file. Much more time consuming and you'll have to keep checking the fit but I think you'd get the best results that way. It's very difficult to cut a perfect line with those dremels and one small slip can get you sometimes.

 

if you arent in a hurry you could ship it to me and i will do it for 150 bucks. look oem too.

im in a hurry to have it done the RIGHT way, unfortunatly i just get over anxious and was hoping some guy would of had his for sale, i was emailing this guy back and forwardth on this forum but he ended up selling it without sending me a reply back, shiester guy he was, anyways ill go to work and get another bezel and smoke some good ****, and then go to town once again, and the only reason i ****ed up the last one is because i started dremeling the HVAC opening of it, god i am an idiot if only i would of just stopped and payed attention.
