That is rear ABS only, which was standard on all Dakotas. The 4 wheel ABS was an available option for $495.
I have the same code as yours on my build sheet.

If you have this under your masters cylinder, you have no ABS. But according to the second pic, it takes more than ABS to know how to stop in the snow :P

Well, the first thing people do wrong with ABS is they still pump the damn brakes! Or they feel the vibrating pedal and get off it. If you have 4 wheel ABS, dont take your foot off of the brake when trying to stopping.

That picture was taken just the other day, we had a 2 hour storm that hit and left 1.5" and there were 4 crashes on the freeway before I got to this one. When I saw this I just chuckled and shook my head, can this kind of stupid thing really happen? I guess I should give them credit for actually making it to their destination without killing someone, even if they weren't able to park in a stall lol.

It's been an incredibly light winter, very uncharacteristic of the region. It's reeeeaaally funny to me, this is SLC, WE GET SNOW! Every year, I swear, people forget that.. I love the snow, I love driving in it, and love the fact that I know how to drive in it, even if I'm slipping I can roll with the punches.

I'm the same way. The wife just does not understand when I want to go out driving when we get snow

I'm very happy with my Dak in snow and slick. And I am used to AWD (Subaru and G35x). But for ANY vehicle to perform in these conditions you do need all the help you can get out there: winter (NOT all-season) tires; 4-wheel ABS; 200 lbs of sandbags just afore the rear wheels (in tupperware secured in place) 4WD in the slippery stuff; and LSD when in 2WD. I have all that and I am dancing out there!

Edit - oops, I went digging for my build sheet and it turns out I have the same rear wheel ABS as others. Still happy with the snow performance.

When I went out used truck shopping, that was in the "must have" list. My '02 had no ABS, and the braking in general sucked. Here's the code from my '06 Build Sheet:
BGK 4-Wheel Anti-Lock Brakes

That was in my "great to have" list, and I was lucky to find it with all of the "must have's."
DMHP 3.92 Rear Axle Ratio
