I have heard going to a 70mm from a 68.5 yields just a 2-2 increase or so, but burns more fuel than what would make it worth it. I imagine a custom tune from hemifever might make those gains higher or If someone were boosting I could see needing as much flow as you can get.

lets see, I went with the 206 cams, and a hemifever tune, 70 mm throttle body, 4.10 gears, 3 inch single catback, 2800 stall, 125 shot of hemi nitrous, larger y-pipe, 180 thermostat, and I relocated my iat sensor, k/n cold air intake. thats about it,.

I would say your running 3.55. Im running 3.92 and get around 16mpg. But with the addition of he hipotek an unexpected side effect is 17mpg mostly highway.
