No..but I have gone as far as using a 3/4" impact gun while having a friend hold the bushing in place with a prybar

This seems to be the easiest way to deal with the 'spinning bolts'.

Click me.

And the bullbar usually comes with two holes drilled into it for extra lights. Any more and you would have to drill new holes.
If you get two 6" lights, you can't even fit another pair in there.

well hmmm, backwoods and i maybe making one, and well have to make it big enough for 4 hella 500s, or 2 hella 500s (because i have them already) and a pair of the black magics (which i like) but they are 6 5/8 in diameter

Those bolts are a PITA... I actually cut the one in 3 pieces to get it out

as i said i have a pair of hella 500s and a pair of Optilux 1450, I drew everything i was thinking. but now i think it might look overwhelming and stupid
