Lookin' good man! 2" leveling kit? Is your truck dark mineral gray or whatever Chrysler calls it?

Thanks Steve, Yeah its that dark mineral gray or whatever, lol. I like it cuz it's a dark color, but doesn't show every little tiny blemish or swirl like black does. I do have the leveling kit, got if from ReadyLift. A bit pricey I know, but seems to work really well. Only issue I had was when I installed it I had to rotate my coil spring 180 to line up with the spacer.I appreciate that Keaton, I hope it don't get deleted like the last one (I think it was too large). The bug deflector is Weathertech, just like the lowpro rain guards and the front and rear digital mats. I was suprised how well it stays on with just the 3M tape that came with it. I have to say though I am still jealous of your ram air intake. I want a functional R/T scoop and CAI real bad.

I know brother, it's a hard decision I've been toying with these past few months overseas. I love her to death, but I wish she was 4x4 and faster, plus I wouldn't mind stepping into a brand new big boy truck with all the new electronics. I mean if Chip Foose was to show up at my door step when I got home and said "Let's take a ride and talk about what I can do for you." Then I would have no question, I don't know man, I'll have to just see when I get home.

Thanks by the way, finally figured out how to play with photobucket, hope yall like the Motivational Poster, no copyright, so feel free to repost with your own baby. Let's make this viral on Facebook, lol.

But it is easier to make the rt one functional, unlike mine. I would not cut a hole in my hood for a plastic scoop.

I've made my choice on how I will make mine faster, I was thinking of starting a thread, but I'd rather not keep people in suspense when I know I won't be started my project for at least a year. Just info gathering and planning right now.. I'm dropping a hemi in it, for sure.

It's actually going to be quite easy, we can keep our stock PCM, just splice the connectors from the 5.7 engine harness to the ends of the 4.7 harness. Some relatively simple wiring, engine mounts, mopar performance TB, custom made AC compressor lines, custom tune from hemifever with SCT.

I think everyone should do it It's the way the Dakota was supposed to be.
