MY HORN WORKS WHEN I LOCK THE DOOR WITH KEY BUTTON BUT
DOES NOT WORK WHEN i PRESS STEERING WHEEL. HOW CAN I CHECK
IT?

It could be a bad horn, open wire, or clockspring. I will be moving your post to the 3rd Gen Dakota section.

You wouldn't believe how many people think that every wire in the cab is energized...


Back to the original post I would say its something with the horn switch or clockspring. Are you experiencing any issues with the speed controls or radio controls (if equipped)?
