Default Custom truck bed sport bar ideas?

hey. i was looking around at things to do to my truck, i have seen a ranger around town with with a sport bar in the bed with off road lights which looked nice. i was wanting some input of what you think of my ideas to make one. i was thinking of building something basic that would mount to the box rails kind of like a back rack due to the fact i have a truck bed tent, mounting a bar in the box would take away from me being able to use it. i included a picture of the kind of shape im after, i know its a bronco but imagine it was a club cab dakota
let me know what you think
Jake

That would look good but I'd put a diagonal support piece across the vertical bars for more support but overall a good design

Just build a chase rack. They are the ultimate in bed over roof storage and rollover protection.

i like some of the pics you guys posted. at the shop i work at we have a pipe bender for roll cages and stuff so i can bend up to 13/4" tubing. i like the way yours looks OHSIXDAKOTA but the one im going to make will mount on the rails so i can still have full use of the box.
