Tsk tsk...

Flows sound great though... get 50s if you want mellow, 40s if you want rumble.

i got the v6 with both resonators, a k&n drop in and a 40 series, it sounds pretty good up until higher rpm's then it gets the, "im a v6 poser trying to sound like a v8" sound, but other than that i like it, think im gonna lose the back resonator and go turndown this weekend.

I've took off the rear resonator and muffler and replaced it with a Flowmaster 50 series muffler system. Very easy to install and it's not too loud - only when you get on it. MPG's increased by about 2.

I dropped everything from the Cat back.... installed a Flo 40 series single in dual out and love the sound. The resonating effect does get old after a while but when you open that sucker up it is all worth it.

i have borla here, with no reso's (took the 1st on off when i installed teh borla, and then recently took the 2nd off).....i love it, it is distinct. sounds so much better with the 2nd off. sounds very mean, i love it. its not the loudest (as borla was not ment to be the loudest) but like i said, it has a very distinct tone, especially at high rpms.

if i were you though, i wouldnt buy borla. i like being the only one in the 3rd gen dak with it. also, i would definately not purchase corsa tips either, as they are ugly and VERY expensive (retail between 200-250 just for 1 tip)...you can find some knockoffs, some of which are very nice, and some of which are very ****ty and still you will be paying around 100-150......fyi, if you google "corsa tips" and click the image section, my signature pops up on the first page!

i need something other than my phone. maybe ill steal my gf's camera for a little. ill try to tape it in my bed so it wont move around and distort the sound. unless i can get ahold of someone elses camera before this weekend. mine doesnt record sound, and my phone has crappy audio when recording.
