Messed up idle
This truck has been doing this every since we got it but never this bad. Sometimes I can sit at a stop light and the idle will drop so low the truck sounds like it's about to die then jump up then back down. Sounds like I'm running out of gas. And if I go to take off it hesitates just for a second then goes fine. Next light comes and it will be fine or it can be doing it again. Any ideas on what that could be from?? Plugs have been changed. But don't recall how long ago.
Went back and looked at my posts, plugs were changed to 3923s on 06-06-2011

The TPS won't throw a code until it is completely busted. Mine went bad but showed no trouble codes..my main symptom was the truck was revving/surging when I threw it in park and on a cold start. I agree with Billy..to find out use some electric cleaner on the sensor and plug and make sure the connection is secure. The truck should idle better temporarily..
I had the same exact symptoms, and it developed to the point where it started throwing a misfire code. It turned out to be a bad injector. Get your hands on a scan tool. You'll see the fuel trims on one side are way negative, as it's correcting for a rich condition caused by a leaky injector. Unplug the injectors one-by-one until the fuel trim numbers return to normal. That's your bad injector.

If youre going to start swapping sensors, I recommend MOPAR brand. I tried 3 different TPS sensors, and all gave me a different issue. Duralast was the worst. The Mopar one is about the same price.
For the IACV, the MOPAR and BWD brand is the same exact sensor, so you can pick that one up at Advance a little cheaper. If you order online and pickup instore, use coupon code ES123.

Maybe we finally found that fastman throttle body that has been floating around. Just kidding, I agree that the throttle body probably needs a good cleaning. I would start with that. Then I would look into changing sensors
