Default I finally upgraded the exhaust

Our lonely little 3.7L engines don't get much fame around here. However, I did "finally" put the Dak on a diet by removing the big muffler and rear resonator...and all the associated exhaust between the two.

I kept the factory front resonator and ran 2' of straight piping to a Dynomax Ultra Flow muffler (it flows 1350 cfm for f*ck's sake). There was no need for extra weight, or less ground clearance, so I did a small turn down before the axle. To say the least, it sounds fairly decent. If I would have gone with a chambered muffler, I would have gotten that lope at idle, but I can't stand the way they sound up in the rpm range on a V-6.

I sincerely apologize for the lack of photos and video. There is no daylight left now. Video coming tomorrow! Same Bat-time, same Bat-channel.

Thinking about doing the exhaust on my 3.7. How much did that setup cost to do?

Not like 1350 will do you any good, when the stock pipe can only handle like 400 something cfm

The muffler is 2.5" straight through, just like the rest of the exhaust pipe. (Unless you are referring to the midpipes betwee the cats and the Y.)

Here is something interesting....we've been in a heat wave for the last two weeks (almost 75 degrees) and it f*cking snowed all damn day.

Sorry for the lack of video and pictures. I didn't want to goof up my cameras.

What pics are you guys looking for? Its a turndown before the axle, pics would be awfully boring and I would know I have almost the exact same setup and trying to get pics of it were so boring I passed out under the truck. Now a video on the other hand...
