They're probably metric along with every other part on these vehicles. In my 01 most is Metric.

looks like the only two bolts any of my SAE sockets fit snugly are the lower balljoint and front strut bolt. (both 15/16ths) everything else is too loose, so I say metric too, for everything, with some backwards usability here and there..

I could bring up stuff that happens everyday when we bring stuff in from the Excited States that is supposed to fit, and doesn't. Then drill down and find that it has only been "soft-converted" to metric so has no hope in hell of fitting in a 600 mm space (That's 24 inches isn't it - no it is 23.622 inches).

But that doesn't get published by CNN . . . .

Thanks for the replies. I ended up just getting a set of each for $40 total at HF. I replaced the sway bar links last night and ended up using both of them.

I broke loose the lower strut bolt on one side too since im going to be replacing them soon. I think i'm going to be replacing these bolts and the bushing while im at it. I have a feeling the bushing is going to be destroyed when i take the bolt out.

Actually.............Will the shocks come with a new bolt/bushing?
