Best part is that it has a shallow mounting depth.
As for the seat flipping up.....yes, you do lose that feature.
BUT you still have the 60 part (of the 60/40 rear seat) to flip up, and you're gaining some nice bass all while the seat looks 100% stock and isn't taking up any usable space.
So once the sub is installed behind the driver's side rear seat, you can reinstall the back of the seat? It doesn't seem like there would be enough room.
there is, that part of the seat is reallyjust ome fabric streached over the frame with a small amount of foam to keep the metal covered. It moves "in" a bit.
