Yes This setup is ideal and the price point is perfect. The picture quality is spot on too.
Yea, Its set to record when the truck turns on (caught my friends parents moving my truck without asking when I was asleep) and turns off about 10 seconds after the truck does. It also records in 5 minutes videos, so its not one giant clip. It can record, 3, 5, 10 or 15 Min clips and take pictures if for some reason you want to lol
Oh it also does do Audio, but who needs audio, I turned it off lol

So I made a video using the dashcam. Dont worry guys, Ill only post videos if its exciting or something like a accident happens.
I just figured it post this, since it was a Dodge Caravan with a dumass.
I stopped to let the Box Truck out, Im very nice to Transports, since my brother is a trucker.
Well the Caravan drives up the wrong side of the road around him.

Im not a fan of stuff in the windshield, so its mount more to the Pass Side next to were the rearview is (I dont have one), It doesnt take up to much.

damn man I like your truck..you have no rearview because of the back rack and tool box or do you just think you're cool? haha anyways I like where that is mounted..not in the way whatsoever. The camera hasn't fallen yet just being supported by that suction cup? And last question..are those Bosch wipe blades? I have Rain X ones that are in pieces and I want to pick up some Bosch bracketless ones but hear that they don't touch the windshield at highway speeds because they are lightweight. Not many people are critical about their wiper blades but I'm a tough one!
