'cause maybe someone at dodge got paid off by superchips in a conspiracy to get rid of an overstock of 3865's i can almost see the chrysler memo now "..give 'em a taste with the durango & the dakota guys will try to catch up any way they can" (insert evil corporate dude laugh here)......

Oh it goes much deeper than that my friend. Along with SC, all the CAI manufacturers, throttle body porters, OE hhr fan suppliers, are all in cahoots. Along with that, Dodge made extra 5.7 motors so suckers like me would buy it for more than the markup would have been for the engine option! And then they used modified dodge neon suspension parts so they could get rid of old supply!

I'm happy with my conspiracy truck though

all 4 speakers do it when it happens, when i fade the speakers more to the back or to the front i can turn it loud as fuq and it doesnt go down. it seems like when all 4 are equally powered is when the issues happen

It's a direct replacement. Duralast 12328, 160 amp for 4.7L Durango.

From when I installed mine.
