Unhappy Idle problem

I have a 2007 dakota slt,4.7 flex. When I start up cold (morning, after work) The idle pulsates up /down then will eventually settle and will run great. Only seems to happen on cold start up.
Any ideas?

I'd try cleaning out the throttle body and the sensors first. Then disconnect the battery and leave it disconnected for an hour or so. Cheaper that way.

Could be the Idle Air Control Valve too, I would try cleaning it all first as kent said, as between the two parts there it's like $100
