I picked up the Festoons for the Maps/Dome Bulbs in my 06 ST. One thing I noticed is once I start the truck up in the interior LEDS stay on very very slightly. Kind of like Accent lighting on my VW. Now it is not a end all, because they do turn completely off once the keys are out of ignition, but I do fund it kind of weird. Anyone else dealing with this and know of a possible fix? My thought is the Dak runs a very small check current through the electrical system and this therefore keeps the LEDs on so slightly. Thoughts?

My LEDs from superbrightleds.com shut off completely when driving. I think we narrowed the slight lighting while driving to cheaper Ebay LEDs and similar bulbs.

Mine do that too, but i dont mind. I used the cheap ebay 36x SMDs and it looks like daylight at night time. I had to warn my kids not to look at them....

Nope I got mine from Super Bright LEDS as well, still have the problem. I went with their 4410x9 Warm white Festoons. What are others using? Does anyone think Polarity matters on how we put these in? On the pl;us side the Warm white are awesome for interior use.

I'm using the same bulbs (4410-x9), but the cool white bulbs. Also using them in my car without issue.
Not sure why yours are staying slightly lit.

Mine stay lit for a little while. Probably because LEDs don't need as much current as actually comes through. A friend of mine who used to do some car electronics said maybe a resistor is needed?

Hmmm. Maybe it has something to do with color. I have been fond of red, maybe spend another 10 spot an see what happens.
