Default Tire Size Question?

I know,I know way overbeaten topic lol.
But here it goes..... I just got my new exhaust system and intake and will hopefully install it this week.... But Im already thinking about my next mod. Which will be a 2in leveling kit 2in blocks and new tires. With the 2in all around lift will 265 70 17 fit well or should I try and stuff 285s in there haha?...... The tires will most likely be General Grabber AT2s.

Stick with the 265's. I have the same size tire and a 2.5" kit and I rub on full lock.

I am ok with having to trim a little bit but I really dont want to have to hack up the entire wheel well...... The 265s will look beefy enough with the 2in lift?

Here's mine with the 265/70-17. 2.5" front, 1.5" rear helper springs.

That looks great! very nice looking truck... I just wanted to make sure the tires would fill in enough of the wheel well to look rugged...Im going for the off road type look.

I have read that 2in is the max that is safe to run on 4x4 but I see that you have a 2.5in kit.... Do you think I would be ok with the Rough Country 2.5in kit and 1.5in rear blocks?

My truck is a road queen. I have not had any problems. I dont know your driving habits so I will not say yours would be ok. Lift at your own risk...lol

Also, will wheel spacers reduce rub or make it worse?
