Default HO cam ID?

Is there a way to tell if cams are regular or HO by looking at them?

Thanks.

I have read that the intake's lift on the HO cam is higher than the standard cam's lift. So if you can measure that and compare, you can figure out if its the HO cams or not.

According to a few sites:
Left (2002-2004): P/N 53021411AB
(superseded by P/N 53021411AD)

Right (2002-2004): P/N 53021412AB
(superseded by P/N 53021412AD)

So if they have the part number on them, you should be able to tell as well. However, I have read that the part numbers did change over the years, so its best to do in depth searching with a part number before buying a supposed "HO" cam. Oh, and by the way, your signature picture is broken.
