I have a 2006 Dakota SLT with 4.7L, and I am curious if it is possible to install the overhead console and get correct readouts for mpg and miles until empty, and also if it will read the temperature correctly. I know I will need to get a wiring harness and the console itself, but was curious if anyone knows if there will be a spot to plug the harness in at its other end. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated
Good threads, but neither mention the HomeLink thing. I understand how it works, but is there a non-homelink console? All the ones I can find say homelink, and I wanted to check if that is plug and play as well.
