The bolt won't come out? You can try spraying pb plaster and hitting the bolt with a hammer to knock it out, be careful to not mushroom the end of the bolt or you'll be in a world of hurt. If that doesn't work put it all back together and order 2 lower strut bushings napa part number NCP2673738.
I had the same thing happen and I put the side back together and ordered the bushingl. I'm planning on melting the bushing, removing the bolt, replacing the strut, and putting it all back together again with new bushings.

Before you destroy that bushing like I did, make sure you actually get the correct bushing. Even through the dealer, I was unable to find the correct bushing. There was a part number for it but all you got was the large bushing that's used on the ends of the lower control arm. I eventually changed the control arms because I got a good deal from the dealership since their part numbers were all screwed up.
I did hear that someone on this site actually found the right bushing, but since it wasn't confirmed, I'd still want to make sure before melting the old one.
i gave the F*CK up, real pissed about it, that strut bottom bolt got HALF way out, then gave up, cuz it was starting to mushroom real bad. then put everything back to gether and took off the sway bar. and had my dad being a negative nancy the WHOLE sitting next to be on a 5 gal bucket. now im saving money to get the struts done at the shop and have them put the leveling kit on
and i pretty much need a new front end, every bushing is SHOT

I think when I attempted mine, I got the bolt out by using an electric impact wrench and hammer. I also had to let the entire arm be unsupported despite what the manual said. In the end I gave up too since the arm didn't drop so don't feel bad.
